Where does a specific treatment take place?
Our treatments can be organised anywhere in the world. After all, the Royal Doctors have a worldwide network of the best doctors available.
We always propose that the treatment takes place at a specific location. We base ourselves on:

• Your place of residence
• Your condition
• The place of residence of the doctor performing the treatment.

!! The patient always has to travel to the Royal Doctors’ hospitals. We don’t send doctors to patients.

How do I get to the location where my treatment will take place?
We will determine the date of arrival at the hospital in liaison with you.
We ensure that you can undergo the operation with full peace of mind and in all discretion.
The transport can be organised by Royal Doctors.

Can a family member accompany me?
Absolutely. We even recommend it.

I am injured but I am still in doubt about the correct diagnosis. What can I do?
In such cases we recommend that you make use of our Second Opinion Service.

What should I do to have an operation at the Royal Doctors?

Within 12 hours, we will send you a form to complete, after which – and if necessary – everything can happen very fast.

How quickly can my operation take place?
If a correct diagnosis has been made and if the recommended treatment has been decided, any operation is possible within 5 days.

What is the cost of an operation?
This is always upon request, we can provide you with a detailed cost calculation after one day.
We can organise partially reimbursment depending of your insurance contract.
Because Royal Doctors is organising 9000 procedures a year, price will be very competitive for the quality you will get.

Will my insurance cover me if I have an operation at the Royal Hospitals?
This will naturally depend on your insurance.
We work within an existing international hospital structure and we have excellent contact with most insurance companies
